Guest services | mini-job or part-time (m/w/d)
We are looking for reinforcement for our team for the friendly and competent approach and care of our guests.
We expect you to
- Would you like to actively participate with a team in an NRW-wide attraction?
- Enjoy contacts and dialog with people.
- Service and service orientation.
- Willingness and flexibility for evening and weekend work desirable.
- Experience in the hotel, catering and event industry desirable.
Your tasks
- Reception and care of our guests.
- Providing information to visitors on site, by e-mail or by telephone.
- Ensure order and cleanliness in the guest area.
- Ticket, voucher and store advice and sales.
- Operating the cash desk (ticket sales, responsibility for the cash of your own shift).
Visiodrom GmbH is the multimedia experience venue in Wuppertal and NRW. The core and heart of our exhibitions are immersive projection shows on Europe's largest 360-degree screen.
