The reconstruction of the gas boiler and the construction of the Visiodrom were a very great feat. Preserving the old and creating the new – this is also what the gas boiler stands for today. It makes it a symbol of development, departure and renewal.

For decades, the city was supplied with energy from here in the form of kilojoules and cubic meters. Today, the disc gas tank, which was listed as a historical monument in 1998, supplies the city with creative energy in the form of fascinating shows and exhibitions in the form of the Visiodrom.
